After COVID, postal carriers changed their base fee rates on all packages over 36" to include a $15+ surcharge in addition to shipping costs. This meant in order to ship a 6' tall flag it would now cost an average of $35 to ship it within the US. This obviously was a HUGE deterrent to online sales because, let's be real, no one wants to pay $35 in shipping on a $20 flag. So we designed a 2-piece flag that ships in a 36" box and decided to offer free shipping within the contiguous United States site wide on all of our products in order to sweeten the deal! *Free shipping is only offered within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this point in time.*
RETURNS
It is the mission of StickyWhips LLC to produce high quality off-road parts, and maintain complete customer satisfaction for every product we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product within 30 days of recieval, StickyWhips LLC will accept returns on new and unopened products and refund the original purchase price minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for facilitating returns and need to be coordinated via email prior to shipment. Orders which have been returned but are incomplete and missing parts will not receive a refund until all parts are returned. If returned orders are returned in damaged condition cost of repair will also be deducted from refund. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit or PayPal) after return has been received. Please allow 5-10 business days for refund processing.
